Have you ever checked out the website Pinterest? There is a fitness section where people can post workouts and different things. You could do something different for weeks without getting bored ( I have that problem).

I work at a bank and also have those slow moments where I think I HAVE to have a snack. I either chew gum or make a hot cup of green tea.
