Ever used Zatteran's low sodium dirty rice mix? My hubby loves that one. It's in the pasta/ rice aisle at the grocery and is about 190 calories for a full cup serving.

So very excited today! For the first time in weeks, the scale has moved. I was really beginning to think is was broken since it would never drop below 139. Proud to announce today that I am at 138! I know one pound is not the triumph of the century but I haven't seen a change for five weeks so I'm overjoyed!!!

I've noticed MFP estimates the calories burned on the treadmill very high in comparison with my heart rate monitor but too low on the elliptical compared to the heart rate monitor.
