140, no change this week. I had a mini vacation this week and did not eat well or exercise as much as I should have.

I don't really care for it either! I'm totally uncoordinated and if it requires more than two consecutive steps, I'm lost. I get more frustrated with it and then I don't feel like I'm getting a good workout.

Down 1 lb this week after two weeks of not losing anything.

Still at 141. I ate decent all week and got in my exercise hoping it's because my TOM. If my weight is the same next week, I'm buying a new scale!!!

I need to get my eating under control! I do a great job while I'm at work and I fall apart once I get home. I'm nervous about weighing in on Friday.

I only log heavy duty cleaning such as washing walls or cleaning the basement or moving tons of furniture. Otherwise it's just part of my daily routine. I've also seen calories burned for cooking and food preparation but I wouldn't count that unless I was doing some serious party cooking or on my feet for multiple hours.

My goal for today is to hit the gym after work. I had a bad weekend with graduation parties and Bunco so I really need to make up for it this week.

I just watched my co-worker eat a ham and cheese sandwich, a Stouffer's mac & cheese (not an individual side), Green Giant brocolli spears in butter, and three snack size Butterfinger bars.FOR LUNCH! I felt guilty eat a Lean Cuisine because it's a processed meal, holy cow!

Hello to all! My name is Jenn. I'm a 40 year old mom of one. I struggle to keep any goals I set for myself so I'm hoping this challenge will help! I pledge to get off my butt at least four times a week, ease up on the soda intake, and quit binge eating sweets! I'd like to lose 5 pounds by the end of the challenge.

Forgot mine, too! I'm going to hit Subway today for a Turkey on wheat with a ton of veggies. 280 calories and 4.5 grams of fat.

Just finished all three! I liked the first two better than the third. I was annoyed with it all by the end of the series, though.
