Most are, but just about all are user submitted, and wasn't sure if there was a calculator or something of the like that most people who do this normally use. I suppose the db is the best option for now though.

My dear wife purchased me a new pair of Brooks Pureflow running shoes. And I have been returning articles of clothing that were too big (NSV!), and exchanging them for new workout gear, as I have shrunk out of all my other shorts, pants, compression, etc.

I believe you can find it in most stores for around 9.99. I bought it at Best Buy last year for that price. I have also heard that all three workouts are posted on youtube if your interested in looking there before you spend any money.

I'm pretty sure the most recommended ration is: 40% Protein 30% Carbs 30% Fat ...but I'm sure if that's incorrect, someone will point you in the right direction.
