I'm just over 5ft in socks, in the morning (before the vertebrae have time to compress...), and also think that BMI doesn't work too well at our end of the height scale - nor for athletes, bodybuilders, really tall people, etc. I have been lighter and still not felt as healthy as I am now. Ditch the bun and wrap it in a lettuce leaf, or a nori sheet (usually used for sushi) with some grated veggies.
