I agree. I have not attended in awhile, but definitely plan to get back. It is a great class. It offers quality lifting, but also keeps your heart rate elevated so you will also see a decent calorie burn during the workout. Plus...Les Mills usually have great playlists!

I'm with Camiah, I count my total calorie burn as well. But similarly, I am under calories most days. That being said, I am just starting out, so I will see how much of an impact it has on my loss when I weigh-in on Tuesday.

I didn't really like the Chobani vanilla either, but I love the Dannon Oikos Vanilla. I've not eaten any plain so I cannot speak to that one.
