i'm not really sure on this i always thought calorie intake vs calorie outgoing...and i lost 20lbs from eating 1200-1300cals a day but using up about 1600 in exercise...eventually though my body rebelled and went into 'starvation mode; and decided to start storing the fat.... so i'd say as long as you eat some of those…

i had two babies back to back, one turns 2 on tuesday and the other turns 1 in 3weeks!! i gained nearly 4stone(one stone put on after having my youngest when i went on the pill!) i've been on/off dieting and exercising for about 6months and have only lost 21lbs!! my wedding is on 15th jan and i still have 32lbs of baby fat…

i'm working out 5-6days a week and watching calories...21lbs down so far but have hit a block so i've gone today and bought promax to help with lean muscle growth and fat loss...lets hope it works!

that makes sense and helps! i've started mixing it up in the last few days, mixing up the treadmill, cross trainer, speeds etc and have started eating more(and varied amounts) of calories....but it worries me that i'm over or under eating, especially as when i eat some of my exercise cals the food calculator thing tells me…

i meant to say 3days on, one day off and 3days on! woops! am working out for an hour and a half on the days i'm doing one thanks for the advice so far! i have 2 young babies, one severely disabled so some days i don't get chance to eat so eating 1200 seems to be a struggle on it's own! :)
