  • my problem is that my son(who is 18months) is always trying to 'share' his food and pops it into my mouth....of course, i'm trying to encourage his sharing but don't want to fill up on his tidbits! lol
  • the evening is the hardest part for me...but it's because i'm SO active during the day(i burn up to 1600cals some days) that i can't eat enough and end up trying to fit it all in during the evening
  • a normal dinner for me is 50g rice with 2meat free hotdogs, 6egg whites, tomato and cucumber...mix it all up together...is yummy!

  • for me it's boy shorts...i used to wear thongs and omg they'd go right up my butt...and i sweat like hell on my butt when i workout so it felt awful (btw loving the responses to this post)

  • there are alot of factors that could be contributing to your lack of loss are you sticking to your calorie limits, are you eating too much...or maybe not enough??, are you weighing foods to be sure your portion sizes are correct? do you exercise?? if so what kind and how much??

  • the workouts are generally between 1hr-1hr 15...yoga is the only longer one at 1hour 30. my kids are a bit older(2 and 1) but my daughter has disabilities and sleep issues are a huge problem so the only time i have to do it is between 7.30pm and 11pm(that's when she sleeps most) and it fits perfectly into my schedule tbh…
  • it can be 'too much' if you're not eating them back....but my daily calorie burn is generally pretty high(e.g today was 1300ish) and i've barely eaten any back, which i know is bad but i'm not overly hungry and end up cramming, but i'm so active in the day that i can't help burning that many if you can eat most back then…
  • i personally wouldn't be bothered what the staff were wearing as long as the clothes are safe(ie no safety pins hanging off them! lol) but in a gym enviroment workout pants are perfectly fine(from a mum's point of view) and i live in these and prefer them as it's easier to run about after kids in them

  • i am doing the p90x and have had to up my calories from 1200 to 1650 as you're not supposed to do it on a deficit
  • when i was losing weight the first time round(gained it all back having babies) i made sure to include a sweet treat into my calorie limits...it worked as i never binged and it kept me focused on keeping within my goals so i could have my 'treat' definitely do it if you have enough calories free!
