There is no quick fix! I have been doing MFP for 8 weeks and it took about 3 weeks to get rid of the bloat feeling. Drink lots of water and eat lots of veggies, keep fruit to a minimum , eat lean meats and get some exercise and it will be fine. Not sure where you are, but I am in Canada and we have a bread called Squirrely Bread. Its very hearty and tasty. You know you have had a piece of bread when you eat that....I like it with Peanut butter & butter (which probably explains why I need to lose so much weight!!)

Drain your chickpeas and throw in a food processor. Add a tablespoon or two of the tahini. There's your basics. Add garlic (as much or as little as you like), some lemon juice and a bit of olive oil as a binder. Taste and add from there. I just recently had some with Flax seed in it. Love love love hummus!!

Wow, I have never been quoted so much in my life!! I will take that as a complement!! What I neglected to say is that I know that I will never go back to smoking, I can't. HI All, I quit smoking 6 months ago. Gained 30 pounds, so obviously, don't do what I did. I just have that much more to lose!! As a word of caution, my blood pressure went up when I quit.
