I totally agree. I always have a few calories remaining at the end of a day and my macros help me determine how to use them.

I do exactly what you do. Dressing on the side. The more I get familiar with calorie count of various food items the easier it gets to calculate your intake. The phone app works well in those situations

I also am pear shaped. As a seamstress I take in lots of other peoples gaping jeans but find it so difficult to get around to doing mine. I've heard that the jean brand - Not Your Daughters Jeans - fit a womans body. Has anyone tried them?

I'm new too and I also am finding it difficult to eat all my calories. I don't touch my exercise calories. In fact I often have to snack in order to get closer to the alotted amount. I'm never sure what to do with the red warning when I post at the end of the day.

Are you able to plan ahead? That's what I have been doing. I then know what extras I may have for snacks.
