I feel sexy when I take hot post workout showers. Just put on some bossa nova on Pandora and breakout the coconut body wash and I am good to go. Thats such a treat to myself after a good workout.

I know someone that is dong this right now and dropped 20 lbs in two weeks. It took me 3 months to lose that much. Theres an old saying: "Slow and steady win the race". Meh..I don't put too much stock into it. Its just a nice-to-know feature. I will say for me though based on my progress it has been pretty accurate.

My starting measurements were 38-32-48 and I wore about a size 12. Starting weight was 168. Current weight is 145. My my measurements are 34-26-40 and I wear about a size 6-8.

Been here since January. I have already lost 21 lbs using MFP and working out. Logging on is part of my daily routine, I dont even think about it. I love this site!

Periods can affect the number on the scale as far as water weight. Try not to be so focused on that number on the scale and just keep doing what you are doing. Keep working out, eating clean,and drinking a lot of water. The results will surely follow.
