I did the same exact thing last year!! Lol. I just have to get past week 2. & I know I'll be good to go! I'm hoping this will help with my 1st half marathon in May & Hard Charge endurance course in June!!! Gonna take lots of training for me!!!

Starting @ 5am tomorrow morning!!! My rest day should be Mondays according to schedule, but teaching full time & a part-time job I'm not sure when the best day will be. Can't wait to start!! Hope I don't fall asleep teaching or on the 30 mile drive home!! Lol

I had gastric bypass surgery a little over 3 years ago. I've gained 5 pound back after losing 110 (because of a crazy work schedule (75-85hr/wk) & not exercising for 6 weeks). I was wondering the same thing...I put it under the aerobic. I am about to do day 4 cardio recovery in a few minutes. hmmm I was going to put it under the same as you also. Love how my calves and abs already feel. I can't do half the stuff on here yet but do the best I can.
