I work out at the gym 4 times a week i watch what i eat and still nothing so i was looking for something to do at home on the days i dont work out

I drink bottled water myself, and i heard it helps but i guess it only helps cause you arent taking in jucie or soda.. i buy 30 bottles for 4.99 at walmart and i try to save the bottles and then i fill them up again.. once or twice before i put them in the trash.. saves a little money
