Wtbarunner Wednesday PW 243.5 CW 237.5 I was put on a diuretic on Saturday so that’s why my loss is so big. I have been watching what I eat and exercising so I am hoping at least a pound of that is weight loss!!😊

On Friday I found out I have fairly high blood pressure so started on medication on Saturday but now have anxiety over it!!! Hope the meds help quickly!!

Hello Everyone. I forgot to post my weigh in. PW 240 CW 240 The only goal of mine I met this week was my water. I only got over 10,000 steps 3 days this week and I did not keep a diary of my food so this week I am going to work on my goals!!!

I did not post much in this group in July but was always on reading everyone’s posts but August I will post my weigh in. I weigh in on Wednesday so will be back then. My goals for August will be to get a minimum of 10,000 steps a day, drink at least 2L of water a day and do a daily food journal!!!
