From what I've seen, in general, HRM do not measure steps.

This doesn't piss me off per say, but it frustrates me: When people lose weight in an unhealthy manner (and I mean consistently lose each week). Part two of that is when they stop losing the weight and freak out about it. (Still frustrates me, and has led me to delete a couple people, but I sort of find it amusing as well.)
