I eat mine with a spoon. Sometimes if I'm feeling froggy, I'll use a fork to eat it, when I mix it with my spaghetti.

You need to mix it up and have chocolate ice cream every once in a while. You need the good antioxidants chocolate can provide to help in your weight lose.
