I have mild rosacea, so my face gets red as my body temperature goes up. Every time I work out I have lobster face.

i calculated my BMR a few days ago, and out of curiosity switched it to male. A guy my size would burn 200 more calories a day than a female. Mind boggling... also leaves an opening for jokes about why?

eat more. if you're hungry, you're hungry. just try to make healthy choices. i've also been told to eat slower (count to ten in between bites) so yu brain can catch up to your stomach and let you know when you are full for real.

trying out doesn't mean you would have to go if you got chosen. Just the tryouts would be a good workout and you can say you did it. Then you go home and do the biggest loser dvd workouts like me :)

I just try to eat smaller portions. those burritos are big enough to cut in half and save some for later. Good luck with your weight loss!

I used to get b-12 shots every month, I didn't think it was making a difference at the time, but when I stopped getting them I felt more tired. They do have b-12 pills, you can get them anywhere like Walgreens or Walmart.

I would talk to my doctor first, just to find out what they recommend. Also don't lose the weight to quickly, it can release toxins into your breast milk that makes for a sick baby (happened to a friend of mine who decided to crash diet while breastfeeding)

I would log by ingredients, but it just takes longer! Usually thee's something the same or close enough in the database I'll use it instead. I'm not going to let 5-10 cal on my log deter me, it's about keeping me close to my goal not exactly at it.

if you're youngest can still fit safely in a stroller (my 2yr old can't, too dang tall) you can always bring him along for walking/jogging. some gyms also offer childcare, but not many. best of luck!
