I also recommend the champion maximum support. I pick mine up at Academy sports for about $30 each, but i prefer an underwire in mine. I haven't had an uniboob experiences and the support is awesome.

I haven't tried it, but I hear it's good for people who enjoy rashes.

I'm 5'10", 185lbs and I set mine to 1400. The first week and a half of 1200 was just unrealistic for me, I was starving!

I agree with gsager, I love my polar ft4.

My 3 year old jumped up and down on my scale a few times and now it's never right, so I would say let my little monster destroy your scale and take weighing in out of the equation :) Or you could just put the scale on a shelf in the closet and pull it down once a week, out of sight, out of mind.

I don't know about dissolving fat, but you might want to protect your toenails! LOL

Since your time is in high demand just try to work in little things throughout your day. Lunges while you walk through the house, lifting random 10lb objects while at work, calf raises when standing somewhere. Just a few things here and there will burn some cals for ya

we used dave ramsey's book to get out of $26,000 debt in 3 years, If you're willing to make the adjustments it goes fast!

Married 8 years to an awesome man who just happens to be in the army. He is doing a drill sgt. assignment right now, and we can't wait for that to be over!

My husband is a pro at push ups (army life) and says "girl push ups" and standing push ups will help you build up to where you need to be do to do a real one. He says arms aren't all of it, though. You use your arms, core, legs and shoulders doing push ups. If it's too hard, don't hurt yourself, you'll get there.

i eat back at least half of my exercise calories because i'm starving without them and feel miserable.
-
Any food can be bad for you if eaten in excess... however I am a carb lover! I'm not giving upany of the things I like, I'm just eating smaller portions.

i'm on the depo shot, too. the shot is only responsible for a little bit of weight, just try to stay on program and you'll be amazed that the weight can drop just like people who aren't on it. more than 5 years sounds excessive, though. every 4 or 5 my dr. makes me take a break from depo to give my body a rest and catch up…
-
i gave up diet soda (diet mt dew) for new years. the caffeine and the sodium keep my blood pressure high. losing 40 lbs did not change my blood pressure at all, but cutting out the diet soda dropped it enough to get me under the line.
-
i had to re-commit as well, lost 12 lbs and gained it all back after my husband got home! you're going to do great on here!
-
wow!! awesome results!
