I'm 5'3.5", current weight is 115, and my goal weight is 110. I wouldn't mind staying at 115 with a lot more lean muscle, though.

I went way over on calories yesterday and don't regret it. It was a fun night out with friends and ramen and froyo isn't too wild, though it was in bigger portions than I should've had. I averaged it out over the week and found that it wasn't too bad. I'm back on track today, and I feel good about that.

My goal is to have a flat stomach and more toned legs by Christmas, no specific numbers in mind.

Within 1200 cals, I can still fit in a tbsp of peanut butter for breakfast on whole grain toast. It really kickstarts my day :D
