I am new at myfitnesspal and I am so pleased to read all of the comments on fibromyalgia. I have had it for about 20 years and it can be very debilitating if you let it. Thanks for all the info. I do water aerobics with all the other Grannies and it is the best thing ever. Wish I had tried it years ago.
