I came across it on youtube, and saved it. I currently spend at least an hour and a half at the gym doing the same excersizes, I need to swich it up a bit and do more for my abs. This is probably the best way.

Well when I was in middle school I got picked on by boys... until I finally fought back. lol Most recently when my ex put on my pants and they were too big for him. That sucked....

Well as far as food, l if you don't have anyone to cook for maybe a meal plan service would help save on time? I've been thinking about that this semester. Something like Medifast or Nutrisystem. Anyone use?

LOL yeah mine always says "I can lose it by eating oen meal a day"..what kinds of things does he eat for this one meal? A resteraunt cheese and chicken quesadilla, then chicken sandwich and onion rings and large soda....and he was sitting next to two strict dieting females....>< Then he gets up in the middle of the night…

My friend and I are both dieting but love to go eat sushi together. Only thing is you don't find long-grain brown rice in sushi except for once in awile in the grocery store.
