-I would double check your protein levels- depending on how heavy you lift you may need more protein than the standard .08/ per lb calculation. You might want to check that. - Does your scale have a body fat percentage/hydration measurement if not and you plan to continue to use the scale while doing LCHF, you may want to…

I agree- it is too early to tell but I found this article was referenced previously, if you find that it is a continuing issues for you. I found this article extremely interesting because it highlights some possible sex differences in the benefit of IF.…

I don't think I saw but eatingwell.com *the magazine has a website and nutritional information is included. In addition, the recipes can also be searched by special diets.

Thanks for the tip!

Yummy! I cook spaghetti squash in the microwave though...I've never done the oven. Do you get a different flavor profile if you nuke versus baking?

Well done! Definitely see the difference in your mid-section!

Yes^^^^ I get hives. I have a wheat allergy in addition to other food allergies. I don't have Celiac disease I'm just allergic.

You can get any of the burgers in a lettuce wrap versus a bun as they cater to those with wheat and gluten allergies.

AWESOME!!!!

Sounds like your dietician is into the "food combining" school. They have lots of rules about what should and shouldn't be eaten for health effects and meal preparation. However, certain diets (like some paleo versions) do suggest dropping fruit for quicker weight loss.

Not trying to scare you, but my nephew's Godmother did the water lipo. The doctor left dead cells in her body. She has a nice chunk of money so I don't think she was using a subpar doctor and this is in Chicago, so it's not some rural practice. Since this has happened she has to have several more surgeries to correct that…

No, but someone please give her a product to endorse which she obviously is seeking.

Hmmm, well I have a wheat allergy, I get hives. Don't know if I really need to track that. Plus, the point is to eliminate those completely so perhaps, I am confused as to why one would track versus just eliminating entirely. Guess those doing the fad thing will just have to suffer and make notes in the journal entry part…

Ditto, ask doctor. I would think maybe water exercises and some sort of physical therapy is in order.

See if you can go to a physical therapist, they will actually be able to help with this. My knee acts up when my hip gets tight and the tendons around the knee were really weak. I never would have made the connection. I've never had hip pain. I always thought it was an old injury from being hit by a car. Physical therapist…

Try stretching your hips. You can google some moves. I get tight in the hips and it cascades down into my knees, but I also suggest checking your shoes are giving proper support.

Sodium, food allergy, have you tried some digestive enzymes? betaine? papaya? if you are logging your foods you should be able to pin this done somewhat

There is a membrane underneath the shell. If you break the membrane when first peeling, the shell is super easy to get off.

Awesome! You fabulous!

Awesome work and congratulations! The title totally threw me for a loop!

My condolences:cry: I can't imagine losing my fur baby

Ditto. I was 50,000 IU once a week for 4 weeks. If you are severely low <15 , then they should have given you a script. If you are just moderately low then I would supplement with a D3 1,000-5,000IU.

To avoid the iron side effects try a bisglycinate form like Solgar (you get Whole Foods, Vitamin SHoppe, maybe even GNC) or a liquid form
