I prefer Turbo Jam but the shred is definitely more intense because it's packed all in one. I am in physical therapy right now and Jillian's balls to wall is not suitable if you have had serious knee injuries. Also, I prefer I more positive motivation versus Jillian's boot camp.

Ditto don't compare. I few suggestions- you should try to aim for at least 5 fruits or veggies a day. I didn't see multiple servings of veggies or fruits only one or two. I saw you had broccoli, cauliflower, and blueberries but not much more. Broccoli is awesome and my fave so try doing that. It seems like your diet also…

Personally, and I emphasize personally- in my phase of weight loss I am not willing to trade the calories and fat, when I can just drink some soy milk or eat a snack. You have to find what works for you. I find that after 9 pm exercise seems to boost my adrenaline but to each its own.

Once at most, but then I don't have to really go when I wake up. If I slam lots of water before bed then twice. I try to get my water in before 7 pm and just sip after that.

I still count it all- even when I dab it off excess with paper towel. However, I am wondering - a tbsp of oil for a serving of food is pretty heavy, if not then it would be divided with the number of servings. Thus not the full tbsp. I think you have to find what type of exercise helps you. I found water aerobics and moderate walking were helpful.
