I would like to see you get a little more sleep. Also at 1pm, it might be good to go outside and walk for 15 min or so. I know I get tired sitting at my desk and I can either eat some sugar (boooo!!!!) or go for a short walk to break up the day :) GL!

You know one thing that I do is that I am taking out processed carbs and replacing with as much steamed broccoli, kale, brussel sprouts etc. Add some nice spiced on it and you can get as much as want really. Water in the morning . . . also I try to make all my foods. Processed foods are dense with calories and does not…
