you only us one of the thickeners. and how much you use depends on how thick you want it. If you like soupy, you don't have to use any. and I uses 2 tablespoons of corn starch in mine. hope that helped :)

well the almond butter jar says to refrigerate after opening so it doesn't go rancid, and I was hesitant that it would be like a brick. but it's still easy to get out and I have realized that I actually like it cold :p

Sargento makes a reduced sodium cheese. and also the lower fat a cheese is, the more sodium it has because thats how they make up for the lack of flavor.

I'm 5'7" and my goal is 140 pounds. I would really like to be 135, but I don't know if it would be possible to get under 140, but we'll see :)
-
bump for later

cw: 184.2 pounds gw: 170 pounds yes I know 14 pounds in one month is a lot, but I know there's a ton of sodium in my system right now, so I'll probably be down to 170 in a few days. I've also been slacking for the past few months and it's time to get my booty in gear!

I combined week one and two last week and was going to start week three this morning, but it was raining and I had no way to time my intervals so I just did a random walk/jog haha. hopefully it'll stop raining later so I can do week three properly, but it's supposed to rain all week :(

I usually go for personality over looks (I know people say that all the time). pretty much if a guy is caring, honestly, etc then he gets a chance :P but I am a sucker for guys with glasses and a nice butt :)

usually I eat a piece of Ezekial bread (toasted) with a tablespoon of almond butter, a third or half a banana, and a drizzle of honey. but today I had some Greek yogurt with almonds, sunflower seeds, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey. yummm

you could always set your calories to maintenance, it'll be much better than going crazy when eating out. you could also pack healthy non perishable snacks and even stop at a grocery store so get other things during the trip. there are always healthIER choices at fast food places, just research different places and plan…

I have something similar...I put all kinds of motivational quotes on a corkboard in my room and a countdown to my goal weight. I see it everything I walk in and out of my room and it helps keep my motivated.

calculate the calories in the whole pizza and then divide by 8, since you ate an eighth of the pizza.
