you'll never know unless you try :D

if you add me, you can see mine. i've only been vegetarian for about a month, so i'm still getting ideas.

i love almond milk and used it in my protein shake everyday. but it so low in protein that i had to switch to soy milk...that was a sad, sad day.

i've heard you shouldn't take all your vitamins all at once because then they will have to fight for absorption and then its pretty much useless taking all of them. other than that, i don't really know the answer. i'm curious for the answer to this question too :)

i make a really yummy egg white scramble. just putting any veggies i have in there and then putting some cheese on top. it's low calorie, high in protein, and so good for you.

i dont think its too much exercise, but that depends on your personal activity level. walking and yoga aren't too strenuous for me, and could be done everyday no problem. you dont want to burn yourself out on exercise too quickly, and that could happen if you do multiple things a day. i would stick to the walking everyday,…

this^^ string cheese is portable and super yummy. egg whites are easy if you cook them up ahead of time. pre portion nuts so they are easy to grab and go. cottage cheese is also a good snack if you like it.
-
unsalted is definitely the way to go, and raw is even better if you can find them. most nuts are high calorie and high fat, but its all good fats that are uber good for your body. personally i like almonds, cashews, and shelled sunflower seeds. so yummmyyy

haha that's the same spot i'm getting a tattoo when i lose all the weight i want to. best part: parents cant see it :p did it hurt?
-
you can definitely see a difference, there is more of an indentation on the sides of your tummy. the abs are comin'! haha. also, i'm pretty sure I spot a tattoo. what's it of if you dont mind me asking :)

literally lol'ed when i read this. i've never used weighted gloves, but maybe use some antibacterial hand sanitizer? I love that stuff and it usually does the job when i've needed it.

string cheese is a wonderful snack. 70 calories and enough protein to keep you full.
-
i've heard that anything under 100 is considered low carb officially. that being said, many people cut their carb intake way more than that, but you also have to remember that you need carbs in order to function and especially exercise.

bahaha. same here!

bahahaha. I was going to say something similar, but you said it so much better.

here's mine :D Breakfast: whole wheat bagel thin, egg whites, skim milk, cherrios (haven't had those in a while), and organic honey. Morning Snack: vanilla almond milk, chocolate protein powder, lite & fit yogurt, almond butter, and granny smith apples. Lunch: zucchini, chocolate protein powder (again...), tomato sauce,…

i like making a quinoa salad with lots of veggies like spinach, zucchini, corn, cucumber, tomato, asparagus, pretty much anything you can think of. it tastes good like that or with a little lemon juice and olive oil.

string cheese. yogurt. carrots. raw nuts like almonds and cashews. nut butters. rice cakes. fiber granola bars. green apples. grapes. zucchini. vitatops.

lower and non fat foods usually have added sugars and salt to make them taste better. personally, I would go for products with the normal fat content and just limit the portions. and it's also probably a good idea to buy lower sodium products, especially canned items because they usually taste the same but WAY less salt.

turn stress eating into stress exercising. its definitely healthier and it will help get your mind off of whatever's bothering you. just find some other outlet for the stress besides eating.

i agree that confidence is a big part in finding someone attractive, male or female.
-
i have always found that i am more attracted to guys with a little more meat on their bones. I would feel intimidated if i were dating a stick, especially if i looked like a balloon compared to him. now that I have started exercising, i feel a little more attracted towards guys that actually work out, but aren't totally…

I've just started my vegetarian lifestyle (2 weeks) and I find that breakfast is usually the hardest meal to get ideas for, especially ones that are low calorie. oatmeal is great because it has protein and fiber so it makes you feel full longer, just watch the add-in, calories add up fast :P if you like tofu, tofu…

I have a Hamilton beach personal blender too and it's perfect for making a single serving smoothie. and it blends the ice amazingly. I would definitely recommend this one if you're only going to be making smoothies :)

i use sugar free syrups from torani. they have all kinds of flavors and that paired with some skim milk will kind of act as the coffee creamer.

I understand that for the people that prefer to purchase organic as much as possible, the price of groceries is outrageous. Personally, I don't buy organic and my grocery bill is super cheap, especially since I cut out a lot of processed food and since I'm vegetarian I don't buy meat. farmers markets are a great place to…

i would suggest upping calories gradually. Don't just start eating maintenance calories right away because your metabolism won't be used to it. If you up your calories by 50 or 100 calories every few days, your body will be able to eventually process the increased amount of calories and you won't gain weight.
