  • the pop thing is probably gonna kill me we went grocery shopping today and all the pop was on sale, and apple juice. lol but its just one week and whenever its gross outside like raining all i want to do is eat and eat and eat i wish everyone luck this week, we can do it!!

  • womens health magazine has an awesome website, with tons of fitness ideas. I really like doing circuit, it helps me not get bored and i tend to burn more calories. you just do say 10 on the bike, 10 on the tredmill, 10 on the stepper, and 10 on an eliptical or something around that

  • It just sucks , i feel like im working harder then i did last year to get down to my goal weight. thanks everyone for the ideas and its nice to know im not the only one that is finding it impossible to get rid of the last few lbs.

  • my guess is your body is use to the exercise your doing to it, i kno stair masters always kill me, and step aerobics makes you move in all sorts of directions. just shake it up a bit.

  • gained .8 but ate for a whole week a ridiculous amount, i was actually digusted by myself. had to take 8 antibiotics last night at once, so today im feeling really slugish and tired so im taking the day off.
