In the same boat, maybe we could keep each other accountable. I lost most of mine but would like to lose a little more and I need to stay on top of things. Its so hard to go out to eat with friends, go out drinking and then not come home and binge eat.

CW 141 GW 127 14 lbs in about 2 months. do-able but will require alot of hard work. Goal is to cut out all fast food, chocolate and chips. I also want to get 6 workouts in a week.

I lost 30 lb and went from a 10 at american eagle to a 4.

Give me a tredmill and an hour and i can do 10 k, I bought ripped in 30, day 1 was all i accomplished and I took a break in the middle of it. I need to work on strength as well

thanks so much everyone. I have done a 10 k, and running is the easiest for me, but I am not amazing at it. I am more of a long time, slower pace kind of person. I am a horrible swimmer but luckily my university has a pool so I have plenty of opportuity to train.

I teach Zumba!! I think it is the best class there is, Its just so much fun, and you really get a sweat going. I definitely look forward to Zumba more than my runs.

i just bought it and love it. there are so many exercises and exercise plans in it. always something new to try and learn. the workouts are really tough in the back as well.
