oh Banks, the things I could do with your calories! :laugh: 2850 to 3150 depending on the day. but I'm doing muscle building right now so I'm kind of a special case. In a week I start my lean phase where I will be at about 2450 a day for 3 weeks or so. my maintenance is 2750.

I am set for 1200 per day for 2 lb weight loss per week, but I never quite get more than 8-900 calories everyday. I am drinking more water and feel stuffed and just don't want to eat anymore.. Very little exercise.. Is this good or not?
