            It varies for me. I'm breastfeeding, so I set myself up for half a pound a week. Then I give myself calories for the extra milk that I pump off. So around. 2200-2300.I also eat the majority if not all of my exercise calories. And I'm losing like mad.0

 In a week I start my lean phase where I will be at about 2450 a day for 3 weeks or so.

            I am set for 1200 per day for 2 lb weight loss per week, but I never quite get more than 8-900 calories everyday. I am drinking more water and feel stuffed and just don't want to eat anymore.. Very little exercise.. Is this good or not?0
