I've added everyone above and am always willing to accept more :)

Hell yeah! I'm non-discriminatory :-P

"Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down." It's actually regarding honesty in recording, but it's also a great reminder for me to watch what I eat. Great thread, btw! Totally bookmarking this for random pick me ups throughout the day :)

Just a tip re: apps! I haven't tried all the apps out there, but I really like runkeeper as it allows me to customize the intervals, track my routes (via GPS), and gives me avg stats.

Also, as larger chested ladies, don't you guys have to pick up expensive everyday bras too? Sweat's really hard on bras. Do you wear out your bras any faster? I've always just stuck to sports bras cuz my everyday bras are even pricier than the dedicated large-chested sports bras.

I went through a couple MFP threads a few days ago, because I have the same problem! Here are the ones that were frequently mentioned/recommended: - Moving Comfort: Fiona, Maia, - Impact Free - Panache Sports Bra - Enell - also recommended by Oprah (if that has any impact on your decision, ha) - Lululemon Tata Tamer -…

Huge difference! Congrats on the loss & keep up the great work!

Whoa HUGE difference! Looks like it's way more than -25lbs! I love that you looked so confident to begin with, but now you're looking really good! Keep up the good work :)

I can totally see the difference! Congrats and keep up the good work!

Congrats on the loss this week! :) I have the same problem. I just prep a healthy small snack before I work out so that I'm not tempted by more unhealthy things in my moment of weakness post-exercise.

This is great! I spent so long trying to set up my week on Sunday! Everything I wanted to make was missing one ingredient or another.

It's when you notice that you've lost weight or are healthier through something other than the number on the scale. Any happy instance where you find yourself surprised due to your new size is pretty much a NSV. Sometimes NSVs mean a lot more than the actual weight :)

"HEH HEH. More for ME!" he thought happily as he walked out. :-P

Hahaha love your word choice ("anything that isn't stapled down"). I've started making a list of healthier snacks, and I arm myself in this Battle of Cravings by prepping everything preemptively. Love some of the ideas here. I'm going to start making a list of snack alternatives. My contribution: - slices of apple +…

Hahaha, apparently like many of the other women here, I find the after shot quite attractive :) I honestly couldn't stop watching the last graphic. MAGIC (though I'm sure it was anything but :-P) Congrats on the loss!!!

So inspiring that you lost all that in a short year! Thanks for sharing :)

I can't believe this. My first bump in the forums, and it's for farts. BUMP!!!!!!

I absolutely love this baked eggplant parmesan. A little bit time consuming but so delicious! Not super low cal (what with the cheese), but you can try subbing in with lower fat cheese. (I'll be honest and admit I haven't tried that yet). http://budgetbytes.blogspot.com/2010/06/eggplant-parmesan-783-recipe-087.html

I've heard exactly what PepperMan98 says, but I'm still a bit confused. If I do circuit training, can I still do strength exercises? Is circuit training already considered a form of strength training? Am I incorrect to assume that the 30 Day Shred is a form of circuit training? (For what it's worth, I'm trying to do the 30…

Great idea! It'll really help clear out the pantry and force myself to think outside of the box. I often get stuck in food ruts where I'm cooking the same stuff all the time. btw: LOVE pinterest! I have a board for low(er) cal food ideas & recipes and another for fitness/exercise inspiration.

I'm still relatively new to all this lifestyle change business, but what's worked for me on some nights so far is my new pinterest board. (For those who aren't familiar, it's a website that allows you to pin things you like from around the web). I have a "fitspiration" board, which is NOT to be confused with a "thinspo"…
