I weigh in every day and I hate those ups. However, I plot them (or my weight tracker app does) so I can see the patterns over time and not be discouraged by the upswings.

An outfit? I've been dreaming of a wardrobe! I intend to do a complete overhaul. Of course, it will be mostly from Savers, but it will be fitted, there will be cleavage, and there will be heels.

Everyone's weight fluctuates throughout the day, week, month. It's why many people advocate against daily scale stepping (I live by my daily weigh-ins). I would pick one day to be the "real" weigh-in and be focus on the trends over time.
