I think the 1300 calories is too low as well - I started out less than you and it gave me 1270 b/4 exercise. I have gained and lost at least 1 or 2 people throughout my life plus having multiple belly surgeries, including a C-section. There is no quick fix - sadly. I did Phen-Fen back in the day and dropped 50 pounds…

How did you do this? In 2005, I started a personal improvement plan and lost over 40 pounds with diet and exercise - got to my "goal" size of blue jeans. Had a lot of changes in my life and over the next 1-1/2 years or so put back on 28 of those pounds and have been struggling since December 2011 to get weight off. I work…

I am anxious to try this - seriously love pasta and don't want to only have 1/2 cup to taste so this would take the place and as you stated, it is good for us. Gotta love that!

You can add me - I ideally want to lose between 40-50 but am concentrating on only 10-pound increments - it does not seem to huge that way. :smile:

I am new to this since January - love the fact it keeps track of my food. I absolutely HATE food journaling - this way I don't have to.
