I'm joining this group for the first time to get back on track with my eating. Have been on and off MFP and know that if I have a group that I'm accountable too, I tend to stay on track. Krissy .. I do a combo of running outside and on the treadmill at the Y but mostly outside yet before the temps get to much colder. I'm really blessed to have some running buddies .. my girlfriend, sister and dad. So I always have a new buddy to run with .. love it! Also, am able to get up before the sunrise to get my run…

I never heard of an indoor triathlon. I'm sure we must have some around our area, I'll have to check that out. Sounds fun!

Did a spin class at the Y today ... so day off .. but a great class. Back at 'er tomorrow morning in the chilly temps here to get my run in! See ya tomorrow ... keep on movin'!
