I work full time 7-4. I try to squeeze in walking at work when the weather permits. I prep my breakfast and lunch for the week. This week I'm having grapes and dry Honey Nut Cheerios. For lunch I'm doing a baked potato with butter and green onions and a side of cucumber and hummus.
