  • I'm starting a day late...I've struggled with the same 10 lbs over an over...up and down...right now I am up those 10 pounds. I just need to get past the 10...personal challenges is eating properly. I can go weeks and eat perfect, then fall off the wagon for the same number of weeks. My final goal is 135 11/28 - 154 12/04…
