  • I have found that for me, I function tons better on a low carb diet. Since I'm a carb-a-holic I'm only trying to rid myself of the bad carbs and increase my fruits and veggies and trying to balance a lot of stuff out. I feel SO SO SO much better when I cut the breads and pastas and all the sugar to next to nothing...ALL…
  • I have been eating low carb. Basically doing away with as much of the bad stuff as possible and eating more of the good stuff like vegetables. If I were to go overboard on carbs right now...I too would feel very lethargic afterwards plus I'd feel very weak and physically sick. Its just best I stay away from them as much as…

  • I've thought about everyone who starts a diet, loses weight then gains it back again and I hear negativity surrounding that certain plan because of that happening. But when I see people who dont necessarily adhere to any certain "diet" after they've lost they weight and they are successful at keeping it off.....its because…

  • I sell Scentsy wickless candles which is pretty awesome, easy and fun work for the money. I'm amazed at how they sell themselves. If you have any questions, just send me a message! Deb.
  • For me, I have found that oats in the morning will pretty much keep me for a long period of time. Not the instant oats in individual packages but the Quaker minute oats ya cook in a pan...couple pieces of toast or fruit maybe and I'm good to go! If I eat cereal, I'm hungry an hour later....not just hungry...but crazy…
