my problem to try to keep busy, get outdoors do things around the house? plan your supper.. try to plan your meals for the day. I find I eat/snack at night alot! as long as I keep busy I won't go looking for food, Maybe allow yourself a little extra over the weekend, but plan it?

I completed full program P90X last summer, and want to start it again, its def. a great program! Just do your best and forget the rest!

I do work out most mornings so I get up around 5:45am I find it hard to get up but ones I am up Im fine, just try it, I bet you feel so great after you put in your work out! this might just give you that push you need! try it one time and see how you feel during the day. Good luck!

Took a look at the last 2 week, I would say you are on the right track. Maybe add in more fruit and veggies, which are better then cookies and biscuits.. eat lots of protein and fibre this will make ya feel full! keep up the good work!

turbo fire is cool I bought it last month, def something you need to try! the work out can be 15 min up to 50 min. The moves are not always easy.. I would recommend giving it a couple weeks and you will know all the moves etc.

If you track your wokouts MFP will give you cal. to eat back. You should try not to go into the red. I would eat more veggies if possible I know you mentioned you don't really like these. More veggies and fruit, less cookies etc. Cookies Candy are carbs that do not do much for your body.. Even if you could try this for 2…

I completed the P90X over the summer, its a great workout, I def got more toned and build more muscle. Right now I just started Turbo fire which is also part of the beachbody work out line.
