Your shoulders look great! Well, everything looks great, actually

I don't get any pain; also it's very light, lasting about 3 days. So yeah, business as usual.

This is awesome! Well done and thanks for sharing!

Love "I see the light"!! I did my Kata 45 yesterday, and the Lower body routine for the first time today; also threw in the Inner warrior stretch because any yoga/stretching/meditation I can squeeze in my day sets me in the right track. 5 words: Runner Man is da bomb! Love the capoeira as well

Last day of the week was: 550 (Combat 45, JM's yoga meltdown), bringing my total to 3416. Today I burned 405, which brings my total for the month to 13762. I have tomorrow left, but unless I burn a bazillion calories, it appears I will have come a little under my original 15k. But 14k is not bad, so I'm happy anyway

You look beautiful. Congratulations!

I use the Ft40. It happens sometimes when my bra moves the transmitter. It's super annoying when it happens, but a quick wiggle does the trick.

I put either loads of black pepper on everything or red chilli flakes.

Holy cow, Hiit shock plyo kicked my butt today! Not sure which one I like best, power or plyo :) I've also been working on my flexibility (or trying to) adding some yoga most days, which is a nice addition to a hyped workout like Combat. It's like ying and yang

Working on my diet still, trying to get closer to daily goals + end up with a smaller deficit. Here's my additional caloric progress: June 26th - 375 (Combat 30 & Core Attack) June 27th - 500 (Combat Hiit shock plyo & inner warrior + 25 min JM's yoga) Only 3 more days for this month! Unbelievable! That means we're about to…

Congrats!

Congratulations to your mum! That is amazing!

That post reminded me of, when younger, I'd enjoy buying clothes at HongKongnese stores because they had super cute stuff made for short people (I am of Chinese descent) and how I was terrified of having to buy large -or, god forbid, XL!- sized clothes (which would be more like S or M in Western stores) because the cashier…

Hi there! I am on day 2 as well (ultimate warrior). Alas, I can't give you any advise because I'm just as new :p I hope you enjoy it! Good luck with your running. I wish I had a bit more patience to run long distance. Edit: Love the HiiT power workout. So much fun to do strength training with a cardio component. Those plyo…

I'm taking it easy today (since I didn't have my usual Sunday day off and I'm quite sore on my arms, shoulders and core!); hopefully will come back strong tomorrow! Actually, I am considering reducing my calorie burn slightly moving forward, even if that means I might come short on my monthly goal, and focus more on my…

I am one of those lurkers who rarely posts, and I have to commend you for taking the time to give good concise advice to us! I have learnt a lot from such advise  With regard to there not being "one size that fits all", science does apply to everyone because science is truth! I carry a lot of my "extra weight" on my…

I've started the programme officially today; decided to do the Cardio Fighter one instead of the 30 min one and loved it
-
Congratulations!! You look amazing!

I was supposed to have started on Monday, but my kit didn't arrive on time, so I'm delaying my start date until next Monday :s However, the package did arrive today, so I decided to do the Combat 30 workout. It was amazing! Reminded me why I loved LM so much! My heart rate was through the roof, but I hardly even noticed it…

Well done everybody! :drinker: Did better this week, so am happy with the progress, though I think I'm still a bit behind on my monthly goal, but who knows what week 4 will bring, huh? My breakdown was: June 15th - off (away in Fort Worth) June 16th - 460 (Max cardio) June 17th - 720 (Insanity fit test, CLX lean 1, JM's…

Congrats on finishing the programme and on your results! You look great! I finished my second round myself, and thought I hadn't had a lot of results, but my measurements told another story, as well as that dreaded final fit test  Good luck to you moving forward

When I finished week 10 of CLX (week 2 of the Lean month), I felt really knackered and decided to take a week off completely from lifting (I also do a bit of cardio 5-6 days a week). At first I felt guilty, but I think my body appreciated the rest, because when I went back to it, I was able to do all 12 reps on moves where…

Woops! I've completely forgotten to post my stuff on here. I had been feeling a bit under the weather emotionally last week, so it was hard to keep it up workouts-wise; but I am proud of myself to have been able to pull through! I had this ridiculous day where I literally felt I had hit a massive wall or something, but…

You look amazing!

I can't believe 5 babies have come out of that body. You look incredible! Truly inspirational! I'm about to finish my second round of Insanity; seeing your story motivates me to go for another round soon, so thanks :)

You look amazing; well done!
