• i do body rock. started with Feb challenge, i never thought i would lose my belly fat, but its going away, only a little left and will be good, i love the workouts, 12 minutes and you feel awesome, its hard but it doesnt take up a long time to do. so far so good!!
  • nope, not stressed at all ill just never eat sugar
  • i do cardio 3 times a week and strength 3 times a week, i eat very healthy and sometimes go over the calories i should have. sometimes i crave and eat desserts and sometimes i dont, i think its the visceral layer of fat thats impossible to lose, no matter how much or how little you eat or workout
