I’ve got a bum leg that I injured further with high impact activities like P90 and running. Some great alternatives for me have been water jogging, biking, hiking, and elliptical cardio. Best of luck to you!

Ok, great. Thanks for the info! I lied, I do have one more question. When you eat at TDEE, do you log your workout calories and make up what you burned or do you not log because the activity is already factored in?

That 355 increase in calories actually brings me up to a 20% cut. Wow, so the recommendation for a true reset is to eat at TDEE for about 8 weeks, which would be a 744 calorie increase for me. Eek. Though those numbers scare me, it would make more sense to approach it that way first and then start a cut by 10% and increase…

My goal was 1,200 and I hit a wall. It's just too few, at least for me. I don't feel the least bit guilty upping my intake if that equates to restarting my weight loss. Good luck to you!
