My husband has a titanium wedding band and when he lost weight we took it back to the jeweler that we purchased it from. He in turn sent it back to the company and they sent us a smaller size band. I don't think that it cost us anything. We might have had to pay for shipping.

For me it is worth the money because the type of motivation it offers works for me. It won't be for everyone.
