Try juicing the vegetables. I find when I drink a fresh vegetable juice with some fruit added to it, it doesn't taste that bad.

There is a setting where you can adjust the macros you see in your food diary. Go to Food on the main tab and then go to settings. Then you will see a listing of drop down menus under nutrients tracked. Change one of them to fiber and you should be able to monitor your fiber intake. Hope that helps. :-)

I like going out to eat and alcohol and I wasn't really big into exercising. I saw myself getting bigger and decided to make some changes. I'm down about 10 pounds, but still have more to go to be considered "healthy".
