I was on a spin bike for the first time ever when the seat fell out from under me and made a loud bang. I obviously didn't do it up tight enough. Luckily I didn't fall off though. Just a lot of people looking at me.

Hi all. Well I weighed in at 55.2 today. My weight fluctuates between mid 54 to mid 55. Not sure whether to worry about this too much. I am trying to concentrate on my measurements more than the numbers on the scales. I am trying to tone up and build muscle. I love my food way too much, so I am thinking this is a challenge…
