  • I did at first, too, but everyone is busy doing their own thing most of the time. Just go and have fun! Maybe try pairing up with someone at the gym and work out together? Or just put on your headphones and work out. Good luck!
  • When I had shin splints, I found that walking around in my house on my heels helped some.. Also, lie down on the bed face down with your toes hanging over the end of the bed, then curl your feet/toes up using the mattress as resistance. Time and these exercises helped me eventually, but shin splints are definitely no fun.…
