I'm not a nudist but there is a nudist colony in my area. It's called Sunsport Gardens and there are whole families living it up in the buff. I just couldn't do it. I'm way too clumsy LOL. Brings the term "stub your toe" to a whole other level!

I started 30DS yesterday also. I am sore. My legs, arms, chest. I could barely lift my arms to do jumping jacks but I did it anyway. I wanted to walk a little and watch a show on television but I think it's a shower and bedtime for me now.

@RedRita32 Oh I hear you loud and clear with the white outfit. It was my first choice and omg, I am so glad I didn't do that to myself! which is EXACTLY why I chose the black one. Trying to stuff an apple into a piece of celery does not work.

My plan started with me cutting out soda, candy, white bread and white rice. Instead of soda I've been drinking La Croix sparkling water, no candy, and choosing wheat bread and brown rice. I drink La Croix carbonated water as my soda alternative. It has no sodium and natural flavors. Has anyone heard if this is bad for you? It tastes soooooo good and satisfies my soda craving but I drink a LOT of it and count it as drinking water.

Hi, I am just starting to try and be a better low carber. I'm type 2 diabetic and it really is in my best health interest to be but I'm finding it so hard. I LOVE pasta and rice and bread. I mean LOVE. So I am trying to limit the amount I have and when I have it. I'll admit I definitely need help.
