"You could wear tights too, if you didn't have thunder thighs." Wtf?

Some healthy foods are super inexpensive, especially if you buy them in bulk! Things like oats, quinoa, dried beans, canned beans/veggies (but always give them a rinse before preparing, since they contain quite a bit of sodium), frozen vegetables, wheat bread, peanut butter, etc. Also, for KILLER workouts, go to…

So interesting! Thank you for sharing!

Yes! I'm the same way. I like having the same foods everyday, haha. Breakfast is always a soy patty for protein and a cocoa powder-almond milk blended drink I make. It's delicious. Lunch is always oatmeal and fruit, and dinner always has some sort of steamed veggie incorporated. :)

AMEN!

Something I eat when I'm in need of a chocolatey fix is 1 cup of low cal almond milk + ice + fat free hot chocolate mix + 1 tbsp of cocoa powder. So so so good, and since I use 30 cal almond milk, it ends up being 65 calories total. :)

Do you work out on a regular basis? If not, maybe you could give that a try. Your body might feel hungrier/ in need of fuel.

My English teacher in high school is a 40 something year old man, and doesn't know when to shut his mouth. For 2-3 months when I was steadily losing weight, he would comment every time I saw him. "My GOD you've lost weight! How much now? 10? 15?" or "More? You've lost MORE weight?!" It was getting ridiculous because it…

Fruit does NOT have a high calorie count. An average apple is 80 calories. 8 large strawberries is 40 calories. A grapefruit has around 70 calories. Enjoy fruit; it's fiber and water fill you up for not many calories at all. Whoever said it would make you gain weight is crazy. Best of luck!

AMEN. You are SO SO SO right. Like, granola for example. It's all about moderation because while it does have a lot of calorie dense foods (oats, nuts, dried fruit), it can be very nutritious. (Maybe just try to find ones with lower sugar/ more natural granolas.) And again, salad. Just watch it on the dressing and…

I'm a veggie :D for more than 6 years now.

That is absolutely ridiculous. One cupcake is not going to kill you; in fact, one cupcake could be easily coordinated into a healthy diet. Moderation is key, complete deprivation will ultimately lead to binging.

Have you seen those adorable mug cake recipes? Where it's a single serving in a mug that you pop in the microwave? I adapted some recipes I had seen to make mine healthier--it's 100 calories of deliiiiiiiciousness. 3 T flour 1 T cocoa powder 1 T apple sauce 1/4 T baking powder teeeny dash of salt teeeny dash of vanilla 1.5…

There are these wonderful, wonderful things I found at Central Market (don't know if you have it there, but maybe it'd be at Whole Foods, Sprouts, HEB, etc.) called Smart Fries. They come in a bunch of good flavors, and are 110 calories for a fairly large portion. 3 portions in a bag, and the bag is hugeeee. So. Dang.…

YES. Oh my gosh yes. Whenever I tell people I don't want mayo, it's like, "Oh my gosh, you don't want mayo? Wow you must be trying so hard to lose weight" Um no. It's because mayo is disgusting.
-
AMEN. I stopped buying it. haha

Oh my gosh. Could not agree more...hahahaha

Some of their salad dressings are pretty good, I like the Asian salad dressing..ranch is not my favorite. I was excited to try their calorie free chocolate dip and peanut butter. DISGUSTING. Do not buy; they're really overpriced as it is.
