I tend to walk oudoors ( usually uphill for 30 mins and then down again) more than the treadmill - I walk to the pace of the music playing on my local radio station - apparently I walk quite quickly per my familly.

Jan 30th 2012 - lost 18-19kg so far - plateaued at this weight last 2 months but would like to lose more

Did level 2 for the first time yesterday - I have actually put on 2 lbs since 1 July- just eating too much I think!

74.24 = 163.67!!!!! No excuses just eating too much - mind you this is a night duty weight on the 9th . Today on the 11th I am 73.31 = 161.62lbs still up but withiut the fluid retention!!!

I work a 10 hour night and manage a 2 hour walk around the hospital ( over 5-6 buildings) where I am an after hours hospital manager -

Day 1 completed yesterday -not sure how I will go as I am in the middle of 3 night shifts but I managed after a 50 min walk yesterday, Just taking it 1 day at a time!

Yes but I'm struggling! I can not believe how difficult it has been to locate this DVD in Canberra, Australia! Amazon would not deliver to Australia ($6.99), local stores do not have it, had to resort to online purchasing which will still take until 5-9 July to deliver and cost $27.00!!!

Climbing big hills! I use FITBIT to calculate - I found the polar HRM was calculating lots more! I am now 164 lbs - 5Ft 5 1/2 inches and 53 yrs old! :happy:

I'm 53 yrs old and have lost 36 lbs in 16 weeks just logging with MFP and using a FITBIT to calulate exercise calories! Have lost 6 inches off hips and 4-5 inches off waist so far! From size 20 to size 14-16 at the moment! Stick with it, this site really works! Add me as friend and you will see what I eat!
