You can do it but......you will have faster weight loss if you don't eat back you calories. I make available healthy protein packed snack to eat after exercising, so that I'm not tempted to eat those calories back, yet I still get tummy satisfaction without the added calories.

I used to do that! But....I found that the overeating and then under eating simply DO NOT balance out. You must "make over your mind" to eat healthy AND consistently and also incorporate exercise that you can stick to. Otherwise chances are you will be striving for that "weight goal" for a long time with no lasting…
