I do try to watch my sugar intake because of my metabolic syndrome so set close to 1800 ADA, and even natural sugar needs to be watched as well as my carbs

muscle weighs more then fat

you might try a juicer with a mix of veggies and fruit, it will taste like fruit

I count my veggies like everything else. Have you tried a stir fry or a stuffed ravioli type food?

It takes some self-control to log in what you are eating for whoever to see. Have you tried just getting rid of the food that is the biggest problem? Try getting rid of one trouble food at a time, little steps will add up with time, hang in there. I talked about doing something for 5 years b4 I even tried.

your bmr is basic needs, exercise doesn't figure in, just subtracts for weight loss from what I understand. So shouldn't do starvation mode unless our intake falls below your bmr

muscle mass is more dense than fat so weighs more, don't always go by what the scales says. Hang in there, you can do it

If you can't live without sandwiches, Sara Lee has a nice 45cal a slice grain bread that helps cut calories and add good stuff. Welcome

I work 3rd shift and count mine midnigt to midnight. It isn't as important to me to make sure they are in the right category or meal slot, but the overall calorie and nutrition intake. Hope that helps. Just keep consistent I think.
